We offer two main construction methods depending on your budget and application:
Made from 100% natural solid wood pieces joined together. The most premium option, featuring natural grain patterns and deep moulding profiles. Best for Main Entrances.
A solid blockboard or particle core covered with a 3mm natural wood veneer. Heavy, soundproof, and very stable. Best for Hotels and Apartments.
Flush doors with groove lines (V-Groove), Reeded/Slat designs, Pivot doors.
4-Panel, 6-Panel, Arched top, Carved details.
Louvered (for airflow), Glazed (with glass), Fire-Rated (FD30/FD60).
Each door is wrapped in PE foam and plastic corner guards.
Packed vertically or horizontally on heavy-duty pallets (approx. 30-40 doors per pallet).
