Q How long is doors and windows production time?

In order to ensure the quality of our products, our production cycle is 35-40 days (does not include measurement, transportation, and installation time). Please contact us in advance if you need to expedite special circumstances.

Q I have not purchased doors from China before. How to buy?

Send your inquiry with size & quantity, tell your near port or address details, we'll make quotation for all in price, and will arrange all the process for you. For projects or buyers who wish to have customized designs, project AutoCAD drawings are needed.

Q What's your customized service?

Design drawing, Appointed color, Customized size, Special function, Different structure, Installation guide. If needed, we can dispatch installation engineers for site service.

Q How to make sure the door quality? Do you do inspections?

Our Quality Controller (QC) will follow all key processes. We will also take pictures + videos to share with you; before delivery, you can see all details. If you have an office or agent in China, they are welcome to our company for inspection, to make sure all things follow invoice. You can also choose CCIC or BV famous Third Party Inspection for inspection, and they will provide their fully inspection report for our products.
