For standard-color models, delivery takes 30-40 days; for customized colors, it’s 40-60 days. This timeframe is subject to order volume and whether there are any precision castings.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 10 units for regular models (standard dimension). For customized models (tinted glass, special handles, or special size), the MOQ is 1 unit, but of course with higher cost. For trial orders or small-batch purchases, we can discuss flexible MOQ solutions—please contact our sales team for details.

Can you design products according to my requirements and add our logo?
Yes, we welcome both ODM and OEM requests. We can customize dimensions, glass types (clear, frosted, tinted), and handle styles (stainless steel, aluminum alloy). We also offer logo printing on handles or glass (via silk-screening or laser engraving), with no extra cost for logo customization on bulk orders.

Will your shower doors fit different bathroom sizes?
Yes. We have standard sizes available for immediate shipment. We also offer fully customized sizes to match your clients’ bathroom spaces—simply share the required length, width, and installation type (in-wall, corner, sliding), and our design team will confirm feasibility within 24 hours.

What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% of the total amount via T/T as a deposit, with the balance due before delivery. For long-term cooperative clients, we can offer flexible terms such as 30% deposit + 70% payment against the B/L copy. If you have other requirements (e.g., L/C for large orders over 1000 units), please feel free to contact us.

Are your products compliant with international safety standards?
All our shower doors meet multiple international safety and environmental standards, including CE (EU), ANSI Z97.1 (US), and SGS certification. The tempered glass undergoes strict impact and heat resistance tests; the metal frames are free of heavy metals (lead, mercury) and meet RoHS requirements. We can provide official certification documents upon request.
