What are the standard trade terms and payment options?
Our standard trade terms include FOB, CFR, and CIF. The payment terms are a 30% deposit via T/T prior to mass production, with the remaining balance paid upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading (L/C at sight is also available).
What special quality-assurance services do you offer?
After completing manufacturing, we send actual production photos to our customers. Once approved, the balance is settled. After loading, we also provide detailed container loading layouts and images for your records.
What is the estimated delivery port and lead time?
Our main delivery ports include Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other major domestic shipping hubs. The standard lead time is 10 to 15 days from receiving the initial 30% deposit.
Can we request custom designs for our project?
